clubs/orgs at MHC?

<p>im applying ED to MHC and Im really interested in joining the cheerleading squad there but I also want to be able to attend religious services, be apart of community service orgs, political/social awareness groups, French club and maybe the school newspaper?</p>

<p>is it very hard to be a part of several clubs at MHC wit the work load and all?</p>

<p>also, does anyone know about the strength of the gender studies dept. at MHC and what the work load is for a major in gender studies and a minor in French?</p>

<p>You may want to take it easy your first semester. Try one or two clubs and see how you handle everything. It's more than possible to be involved in many activities, but you also want to give yourself time to adjust to being here.</p>

<p>I've only heard good things about Gender Studies here, but I don't know any details about the major, sorry! My roommate is taking French this semester though and it seems very manageable.</p>
