CMSF-Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation

Hey, I do not know if this is the right place for this thread as there is no CC for canadian, further, the CMSF has something to do with the Morehead Scholarship as in the CMSF application form, it also invites Canadian applies Morehead on the same application form.

My question is: Did Anybody go through the process? How to prepare etc...? Many Thanks

The only Morehead Scolorships I know about are at my almamater, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They are very prestigious as described on the web-site:

"The Morehead Scholarships are highly prestigious and valuable scholarships to the excellent University of North Carolina. It entitles the holder to funding for undergraduate study at Chapel Hill for four years Applicants need to be of high intellectual ability and to be highly committed individuals with strong leadership potential."

This is a long shot- but can CMSF also mean Carolina Morehead Scholorship Foundation? and you have the applications confused? Or maybe there is a Canadian Morehead scholorship completely unrelated to the UNC one.
As I type this I realize I have been of almost no help to you.

I did the CMSF application, not for the Morehead scholarship, but just for the Canadian scholarships. It was sent off a long time ago-- end of October.

The CMSF is Canadian Merit Scholarship, it is known as the "Rhode Scholarship in Canada". It is for Canadian to apply, in the form there is an additional form for applicant for Morehead Scholarship if one wnats to go to North Caroline U for study.

Hey, McGill, did you get interview for CMSF last October and how to survive through?
