still undecided between cmu and jhu. any advice?</p>
<p>I was at CMU for MSE and my best friend from HS went to JHU for ChemE. He complained of all the ultra-competitive pre-med students not caring about the material and constantly grade-grubbing. I thought the CMU MSE program was absolutely top notch. I have friends at Stanford now for grad school, and they say their grad classes are easier than what we had in undergrad.</p>
