I'm thinking about taking a 10-12 week CNA course here and getting certified so that I don't have to take a federal work study and can work as a CNA (certified nursing assistant) at a local hospital, considering my major is going to be pre-med or a related health major.

Does this sound...I dunno, like it would overwhelm me? I would get the CNA certification the summer before I enrolled in college.

I know a lot of people have jobs during college. How does that work out?
