I was accepted for the 5-year co-op program. My major is biology. Where would a bio student do co-op? I would eventually want to be come a doctor. Do they let students work at the hospital?

You can co-op literally anywhere. From the Franklin Institute to CHOP to Philadelphia Water Co. to any and everything in between.

I also got accepted to drexel and wanted to know that do i have too pay tuition fee during the times I am doing my co-ops. Plus another question which is not related to the thread: Does drexel increase the scholarship or give any additional scholarship based on the first academic year’s performance?

@muhammadsami, you do NOT pay tuition during the CO-OP times as far as I know.

You actually do pay tuition during co-op. That’s one of the biggest complaints across the board from Drexel students. However, if you are not living at Drexel you do not pay housing costs. Additionally, another complaint is that our scholarship funding seems to decrease every year. If you come to Drexel with the President’s/AJ Drexel/etc scholarship, you’re fine. But it is very unlikely for your scholarship package to change while you’re at Drexel. This is just my experience.
