Co-ops in NYC for business majors?

Are there a lot of co-op opportunities in NYC for business majors?

There are quite a few. I don’t know specifics, but it’s one of the most popular non-Boston co-op destinations (along with silicon valley).

There are many coop positions in NYC. A coop position is a job however. Many prospective NU students don’t always realize that these positions require resumes, getting offered an interview (sometimes several interviews) and then getting an offer. Just like a job.
NU offers lots of support and skill development (coop class, resume writing, interview skills, specific coop advisor), but students have to position themselves well (strong GPA, strong classes, job history), be flexible, and take advantage of resources available to ultimately succeed in getting an offer.

To add to bhmomma. Also, consider putting some real time and effort into your LinkedIn profile. Most of my son’s second coop offers came from Linkedin. Only one of the offers was through the coop office. Getting recommendations posted on LinkedIn from previous employers and first coop managers really helped.
