<p>I think USNA should get an invite on the strength of it's cheering fans alone- IMHO!!!! All I know is that I come home with NO VOICE left after every game! :)</p>
<p>Cheering fans have a lot to do with the appeal of the service academies to the various bowl executives. They sell loads of tickets and the ceremony surrounding the game has a lot of appeal. USNA has already contracted to play in the Meineke Bowl in Charlotte on December 30 if they win one more game this year. The athletic director had already locked that down prior to the beginning of this football season. They also have a long-standing relationship with the Poinsettia Bowl which could result in USNA returning to San Diego again over the next few years if they win the required number of games. USMA made the agreement to play in the Poinsettia Bowl this year if they get the 6 wins. Let's hope that both academies reach this goal!</p>
