Cognitive Neuroscience

Hi everybody,

this is my first post! I'd like to ask for some advice: I am an international student planning to apply for a phd position in cognitive neuroscience. My main research interest is...well, pretty much everything that is social conduct, mainly decision making, but really anything that is "frontal"...
I completely understand that in order to apply I need to single out one interest and concentrate on that, but for now I would be really grateful if you could give me a few advice about the universities where I can find professors and labs that research the cognitive neuroscience of social conduct and decision making (for example, places like Iowa, Arizona, Emor, UIUC...). Ah, please, skip the Ivy Leagues:)
Thanks in advance to everyone who'll answer!!

Try researching the publications in the fields you find interesting, see where the big time published labs and who is publishing a lot. Check neuroscience conferences and see who is presenting.
