I think it releases either before 5pm (which is probably sometime around 4:30) or around 5pm. I vaguely remember seeing something like this but I could be wrong

Colby’s portal isn’t loading for me. is it just me or is it not working for everyone else cuz all of my other websites are loading fine so that can’t be my internet

yeah I think it isnt loading for anyone. it could be because they are getting ready to release today

oh ok yeah I definitely feel like ive heard this somewhere before.
It was 3PM EST last year, I think.
you can always check last year’s thread to see the time stamp when people starting posting their decisions
