Colgate premed and diveristy

I sColgate Premed strong and is their student body tolerant and accepting. I am a minority student and i am wondering if I I would feel safe and welcome at Colgate

Regarding pre-med, Colgate appears under “Top Choices” here:

It will require a visit to campus to establish for yourself answers to your questions. May I suggest you prepare lots of questions to pose to students and faculty when you arrive, and evaluate via colgate.edu various course/program options and the premed outcomes of Colgate graduates.

Best of luck with your college search! And do enjoy your visit to Colgate and the charming village of Hamilton, NY.

Further to my suggestion of today that you should pour over colgate.edu for information prior to your campus visit, I
draw attention to the “News” section of its home page. There you will see announcements of 3 large new buildings on campus to be constructed in Colgate’s signature bluestone, the USA Today citation and reproduction of one column from the Maroon-News re immigration and visa issuance, and an earlier related piece from Colgate President Casey regarding its impact on the wider university community.

You will see that Colgate is a distinctive and dynamic place, larger than most top liberal arts colleges. I hope you - and others - have opportunities to visit and experience its beautiful setting.

Go 'gate!
