College and Careers

My D lived in a dorm her first year and moved to Perkins (RIT owned apt) for two years. Most of the older RIT apartment complexes are CHEAP - but are not particularly nice, and many are NOT FURNISHED which is a pain. She now lives in Park Point, which is nice, furnished, but expensive, and you have to sign an 11 1/2 month lease so you will be paying for the summer even if you don’t need it. You can sublet, but of course there will be a lot of others trying to sublet too.

It puts the school in a completely new lens and they talked me into ED.
