College and HS language levels

I'm in spanish 3 in HS. I took a placement test for the University of Minnesota summer courses, and I've been placed in a college level 4 (1004, intermediate level 2) spanish class for the summer. What course should I sign up for for next year in HS, assuming I pass the class this summer? HS Spanish 5 or spanish 6? Thanks.

bump...........

nobody knows?

If your schools offers it I would say AP Spanish.
That is the highest level of spanish at my school.
I would think you would want to sign up for the highest level your high school offers.
I am actually taking a college spanish course this summer too!!

Yeah, I'd take AP Spanish, especially if you're taking a college level course over the summer.

there are two (as far as I know) AP Spanish courses. I suggest you take AP Spanish 5 (AP Spanish Literature). if there's an AP Spanish 6, take it. as far as I'm concerned, it works similar to English in that English has 3 (Language/Comprehension) and 4 (Literature); the only difference is that Spanish's Lang/Comp is 4 and their Lit is 5.

take the highest level at your school.
