<p>Has anyone here paid for the services of a college admissions consultant or coach? I have been reading about some of their services and prices. They seem to be very expensive. Have they helped anyone in this forum? Please let me know.</p>

<p>one of my classmates got one, and she didn't get into a top school where she has legacy status. Personally, I think she wasted a lot of money because it didn't help and she would probably have gotten the same results without the personal counselor.</p>
