<p>I know that I'm supposed to receive 4 fee waivers for private universities and for 4 fee waivers for SUNY schools (because I live in NY) and I got all of them. For private universities my counselor gave me one NACAC form and said that I could just make copies of it, and then she also gave me 4 college board fee waivers (these can't be copied). Is there a difference to these ?
Also since she said I could make copies can't I just send out as many as I want, to as many universities that I want ? </p>
<p>Why is the NACAC only limited to 4? How will anyone know that I used more than 4 ?</p>
