I've just tried to apply for SAT subject tests, and although I applied reasonably early (tests are in October) only one of two of the testing centers were available. When I applied for it, however, it said the seats were not available, even though it clearly said it was available in the previous link.

I emailed College Board about the problem but I doubt I'll get a reply. Now I need to know: If I select Let College Board Find a Test Center for Me, is it a guaranteed success that they'll find one for me? I am taking the tests in the very small country of Singapore, and I am required to pay the full fees even though College Board only stated that they'll find a test center for me. If there is a chance of failure, will I be refunded the full amount by College Board?

Anyone who knows the answers to this question or has experience, your answer will be greatly appreciated. It is very urgent, too.

Thank you~
