<p>Hi everyone! I was wondering if someone could give me some honest opinions about my college chances.
I go to a private catholic religious college prep school in Oregon with about 300 kids and will be a Senior in September.</p>
<p>Race/Gender: White Male
GPA unweighted: 3.99, GPA weighted: around 4.2, UC GPA is around 4.3
Rank: around 8/65, but I am tied for salutatorian with other classmates
SAT: 1800 (620 CR, 600 M, 580 W) - will be retaking
SAT II: 720 US History, 620 Bio M - will retake Bio, and take Math2
ACT: 28 - will retake
AP: Language and Composition - 3 (i know, bad), APUSH - 4
I have taken every AP class and honors class my school offers (not alot) and have taken 4 classes at my community college, and am currently taking Mth 251 (Differential Calculus) now at my cc, and will continue through Mth 254 (vector calculus)</p>
<p>Extracurricular:
3 years Varsity Football, lettered all 3 years, expecting to get varsity letter next season
3 years Varsity Swimming, lettered sophomore and junior years, expecting to get varsity letter next season
3 years Varsity Track, 1 Varsity Letter though, expecting to get another next season
Student Council, 11th grade and 12th grade, running for president next school year
School's Outdoor/Earth Club, 10th-11th grade
DECA and Math Tutors Club - 11th grade
Prom Committee (Juniors Only) - 11th Grade
National Honor Society - 11th grade, our school only has this chapter and you have to be in 11th grade to be accepted into it
OR Boys State 2014 - elected to head the Judicial Branch as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for the 2015 Boys State (its a extremely coveted leadership position)
175+ hours of volunteer hours, lots of time at my local Fire Department, and with retired Police officers and school functions, also helped start my schools first annual canned food drive, got a little over 1200 pounds of food</p>
<p>I've also applied for all three ROTC scholarships- pretty sure I'll get some form of them (3 or 4 year scholarships). I will most likely be applying to Cornell, Notre Dame as reaches, Berkeley and Georgetown as mid-reach, and Gonzaga, UCLA, OSU, U. of Washington as safeties. If I could get honest opinions on my chances for these school, it would be much appreciated, Thank You!</p>
