College chances/matches

I am currently a senior in highschool. I have a 3.375 weighted gpa (unsure of unweighted) and a 1730 SAT score. I will be retaking the SAT at least 2-3 more times before i graduate. I already have an idea of schools I want to attend but my knowledge of different universities is slim. I am not well informed to all the options out there. The purpose of this thread is to help me to find GOOD, REPUTABLE schools that I may not have heard of that would be good fits for me. I am first generation and also am hispanic/italiano. I am willing to go instate but I would much prefer to go out of state. Basically I'll go anywhere out of state other than the midwest or any rural-like areas.

These are the schools I plan on applying to as of now:
Fordham University (NY)
Loyola University (MD)
University of Colorado (Boulder)
UCF (FL)
USF (FL)

Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated!

What state do you live in?

Fordham: Reach (if 3.375 GPA is your unweighted also)
Loyola Maryland: Match
CU: Low match (could have been a safety if you were in-state)
UCF: Low match (same above)
USF: Low match

Thank you Catria. Oh and sorry, I forgot to mention that I live in Florida. Also I feel I should mention that my 2nd cousin (god father) is alumni of Fordham which could be helpful. I’d really like to go to Loyola. But also another point of this thread is to inform me of other out of state universities I may not know of that could be good matches for me as I am not well informed to all the options out there.

Thanks for your reply though.

I’d Appreciate some more responses as early application deadlines are coming up!!
