What at my chances? I GREATLY appreciate any help!

I am entering my senior year, and I am becoming extremely involved in the college admissions process.

Attend private catholic high school in California, and I am hispanic

Stats:
GPA - 3.45 weighted (awful, I know but I have an upward trend, terrible sophomore year but 3.6 junior year, and most likely around a 4.0 by first quarter/semester senior year)

SAT - still working on it, but around 2100 (hopefully higher)

1 year football
1 year track
5 years piano
9 years guitar
volunteered extensively at 4 organizations, including a signed award of recognition from the mayor of Los Angeles,
went on catholic retreats with my high school, including leading one my junior year and going to lead two my senior year
Member of the NHRP, (National Hispanic Recognition Program), based off high scores on PSAT

Dealt with adversity for most of my high school, my parents decided to get a divorce in 8th grade and it has not been a smooth process (it is four years later, and still going on right now), i had to move through 5 different homes throughout my first 3 years of high school (parents kept moving), and this impacted my GPA

I think my college essay will be extremely strong, and I am talking about this ^^ as well as commenting on how I overcame this adversity and am stronger because of it, (which explains rising GPA)

Strong letters of rec.

Based off of these stats, if you could copy paste this list and comment what you thought chances were on these schools i would be extremely greatful

(I am applying to more, but these are the ones I am curious about your "Chance Me" opinions)

Thank you so much!

Without an actual SAT score, it is difficult to chance you. Repost when you have a score since any chances would be pure conjecture.

i got slightly over 2000 on first one, that was dry-- as I posted, I am around 2100 (my SAT prep course has me do full scale practice tests every 2 weeks to evaluate), and I am fully confident that I will score at least 2100 on the october SAT, if not higher.
