College Class of 2017

It’s probably rolling. I know Georgia tech have them. if not rolling need to Wait for official date

Yeah, my college posted the scores. Although the numbers were pretty well hidden, so I just saw I got credit for all of my tests, which I was happy about.

I’m not expecting credit for anything. But if I get a 4 in language. I’ll be the happiest guy on earth (for 2 seconds) since there are sooo many humans.

Ugh i don’t even wana know my scores………i know when i fail my friend will laugh and say how she did better than me :’(

Will be taking advantage of Community College night classes while enrolled in College (would’ve been free if I was still in High School, of course had I done the BC exam Jr. year, but whatever)

It’s pretty amazing, that while there are only 2 spots left in one of the 5 sections in Diff Eq at the university I plan to attend (which were taken earlier but as well I’d have to wait 2 weeks for orientation / the class is at a bad time / unknown professor) while upon the no priority registration that was open since May, the community college’s one section in Diff Eq was still open for me to register for. Saving money here.

Niquii is right.

I spent 2 weeks in posting prison

I saw this thread start and hsl crumble. I felt like Richard the lionhearted. I was so powerful yet in chains and was able to stop my land from imploding. Power is a weird ally my dear descuff. When you come to Realize that the force can be manipulated to perform amazing acts and feats. You too will be intelligent. I now say to class of 2017. Don’t party too hard and descuff/any other male don’t join a fraternity get accused of stealing its money then crossdress and join a sorority to prove your inocence

Sound advice.

durron durran, you should take up card writing.

Do you know if your university opens up spots with every orientation session? I was watching a couple classes because I have to wait for my AP scores to come to actually be placed in the classes I want. After every orientatin session they opened at most 50 spots in classes.

Lol I’m sure there are worse frat out there but Ok.

I do not know… But the good news is that as of now, I have planned out a set of classes that produce really nice schedules, which I hope doesn’t change by the time I get the 6th orientation session due to my major.

Interestingly enough, everybody needs Calc III / Diff Eq at the university while it is open at the community college, while the courses in circuits, physics, and programming that I need are open at the university but full at the CC.

Hsl is alive…

This is gonna sound really dumb, but I feel like a piece of me will be missing forever when the common app resets. Probably because of all the hours I spent stressing/crying over the fact I decided to apply to a crapton of colleges with stupid supplements.

I forgotten about my apps long ago.

“Good riddance to bad trash!” is what I say to them!

Do you guys think a freshman should do campus tours? My school offers that as a work study position, along with other admissions office positions (I really want to work at the admissions office) but I’m wondering if it would be useless, because they can’t really give TOO much insight. Compared to someone who has been at the school for a longer period of time.

You need to get the layout first. Then apply.

I’m working in one of the dining halls next year :/. U of I didn’t really give me a lot of options. As a freshman, I wouldn’t feel qualified to give tours/talk about the different opportunities, but that’s just me.

I’m planning for a cashier job. Hopefully I can get one mid-semester.

|/ Happy 4th
/|\ of July!!

If the freshmen knows the campus well i guess he or she could give a campus tour. If i was a tourist I’d prefer a junior or senior since they probably know the areas of the campus with certain reputations.
