<p>Packed? What do you guys mean by packed? I have all my dorm stuff out aside…but they aren’t put in boxes or whatever.</p>

<p>I leave in a week and 2 days… I have everything together, I just have to start packing.</p>
<p>Yesterday/Saturday it really hit me how soon I’m leaving. Like I knew it, but I hadn’t realized it, know what I mean? I took my little sister to see Monsters University yesterday. Since she’s not really my sister yet, we only get her on weekends. Next weekend will be my last one with her. I don’t even know how long it’ll be until I’ll see her again. I’m not going home for Christmas/Thanksgiving, because my family’s going up there. I’m not sure if they’ll be able to bring her with them. I might not get to see her again until Spring Break or next summer. I almost started crying Saturday night while tucking her in because that’s when I realized this…</p>
<p>Rachel you’re not going home for Thanksgiving/Xmas… Where will you go?</p>
<p>To my grandparents’. They live in the same town. My whole family goes there every Christmas.</p>
<p>I feel like I’m packing too much for college. Like that I’m bringing WAYY more than I’m supposed to…</p>
<p>My closest is enormous, I’m so excited!</p>
<p>Anyway have you guess gotten textbooks yet??</p>

<p>Nope. I haven’t gotten any textbooks. I won’t until school starts.</p>
<p>Yep, no books yet. My Japanese class wants like five different books and I’m like yea, maybe 2.</p>
<p>I am waiting for professors to release individual course info. I’m not sure if it is too soon to email them?</p>
<p>The only textbook I don’t have is my Calc one…</p>

<p>No…I haven’t finished it yet. <em>ducks in shame</em></p>
<p>I only finished because I could listen to the audiobook and multitask. Plus, I’m very auditory when it comes to learning and this book is pretty much learning her story.</p>
<p>Is anyone else stressed about moving away? I have ten days left and I’m going eleven hours away. I’m a really social person but have a small anxiety problem. Tell me I’m not the only one?:)</p>
<p>Oh yeah I’m stressing too. I’m stressing even more now that I’m really figuring out how small my dorm room is…ugh.</p>

<p>So apparently my little sister was up until 3 in the morning last night sobbing about how I’m leaving. She told her “mom” (person who has custody of her, her great grandmother) that it won’t be the same anymore because when I come back for visits I’ll be a grown up. She says no one understand and she asked what she’s going to do without me. She went through 2.5 boxes of tissues</p>
<p>Leaving is going to be much harder than expected…</p>
