College Confidential?

Just out of curiousity, why do many of you who have already been accepted to UCLA still frequent this forum.

I don't come on this forum that often (once or twice a week) but when I do I'm usually extremely bored.

Simply because it is fun to revisit past experiences and give advice to those that are going through the same process we did. And this site is not explicitly for high schoolers, there are also transfer, grad school, undergrad info (such as classes to take, pre req, etc.) and other threads that appeal to college students. It’s always beneficial to converse with peers about experiences with classes and options they exercised when determining the best path one may take to their major and possibly into grad school. etc.

^ what he/she said.

There’s a wealth of knowledge here. You can learn about deadlines, classes you want to take, events going on, etc.

:)

You guys are awesome. Thanks for the help!

haha i get this question from my friends a lot. before i came to ucla, i sought CC for help and got my questions answered by helpful users (flopsy, kfc4u, mme-lin, mikemac, and others). so of course i’m trying to give back as much knowledge as possible to the community (either obtained from previous users or my personal experiences). hopefully new and current bruins will get something out of it and it’s pretty satisfying when they do.

also, i have a handful of friends from CC and most of them know more about UCLA or careers than the average student, and they provide me with a lot of help at times of need. very thankful to know them! the cc meets are a great way to meet other students on cc (although i’ve never attended one…but i’d like to!)

ask questions if you can’t click your way to it (still can’t find it). like this one:

when’s the 2009-2010 eFAN coming out?

and yes, i’d like an answer to it please.

@Jolius

Doesn’t it come out in mid July? I don’t know either, I’d like to know too.
