college confusion!

ok I want to major in mathematics to become an actuary. I want some prep for the tests in my studies but I don't know if I should minor or concentrate. Which one is better academic and job option wise? If I minor I feel it will be a waste since many classes will intertwine in my major. If I concentrate, won't my career options shrink, but then I will be able to minor in communications, finance or computer science. and if I minor in one of those, which will be the best for a future actuary? (I think the computer science?) Can I choose classes to customize and guide myself for actuarial training? maybe I can do 2 minors?

I sound paranoid 8-} Help! Oh and I'm a senior applying to Lehigh, DeSales University, Northampton com. college and what ever colleges I can find...

how about a minor in statistics? I love stat! I feel no one is on

http://www.beanactuary.com can help you with actuarial preparation. Note the VEE course list for each college or university.
