<p>Can anyone divert me to a link where I can take real college courses online but at minimal cost and get official credit for it. I know about opencourseware (and its a great thing), but you can't get official credit for it or use it to skip a course in college. Also the only one I found was EPGY at stanford but its pretty expensive. I was planning on taking the course during the summer. Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>At our local universities you can take summer courses, for credit for around $1000/class. Check out your local options.</p>
<p>I live in NYC and I checked with CUNY (basically all community colleges here)…and they don’t have an option for high school students.</p>
