<p>No but most state schools accept 3’s. Most private schools only accept 4’s or 5’s from what I’ve seen.</p>

<p>^Pretty much what he said. Never have I seen a private school accept a 3 on its college website. However, for UC Davis, it accepts a 3 for any history exam.</p>
