College Decisions

I’m a high school senior and I’m struggling over college decisions- what I love about Elon is the one-on-one attention that comes from a small school, but my main concern right now is student life. I’m not really into greek life and I would really love to go to a school that embraces diversity of all kinds (from political beliefs to race). Though I know the stereotypes of Elon students: “white, preppy, rich, conservative,” I would like to know if it’s easy find your place if those attributes don’t apply to you/ aren’t what you’re looking for in a school.

Also, on a kind of separate note, I would love to hear about the general political awareness/activity at Elon.

There is a good level of political awareness and activity at Elon. As with many college campuses, the school overall leans left, although you can find multiple viewpoints represented.
