I just finished my junior year of high school, and I'm looking into college stuff now. So here's my situation:

-I've been living in Panama for almost a year now and just finished my first full school year here at an American private school. (School year in PA: March-December)
-I was born in the U.S. and lived there for 16 years, finishing 10th grade and doing a half year of 11th before moving to Panama.

In the U.S. I was in my high school's AP program, and took a total of 4 AP classes (I did 1 in 9th, 1 in 10th, and 2 in my half year of 11th). I got pretty good grades through high school, ending up with a 3.4 unweighted and a 4.5 weighted GPA. Also, I got a 1880 on the PSAT.

For my year in Panama, I ended up with a 4.15 on a 5 scale, and there aren't any AP courses at my school. (It's been harder because some of my classes are taught in Spanish)

To get down to it, I really want to go to college either in France, Spain, Holland, or Germany. I am kind of worried about getting accepted because of the different school systems, standardized tests, languages, etc. (Spain would be easiest for the language because I already have a pretty good grasp on Spanish) I'm most interested in studying graphic design, marketing, or web design.

So what I'd like to know is (sorry, this has been kind of long...)

What are my chances of getting accepted at a good school in Europe?

What kind of complications could arise and what can I do to help that?

What are some good schools in the countries I listed for the majors I'm interested in?

What is a good solution for the language issue?
