<p>On many posts I read students having college interviews when they visit the college itself. What does that mean? You can interview the Dean when you visit the college?</p>

<p>They will either have one of the people who works for admissions or a senior student spend 20 - 30 minutes with you. The website should let you know if the interview is informational or evaluative, but small schools do tend to take note if you do the interview. That is, it helps a little to show interest. Many larger schools either don’t offer them. Most schools don’t offer them until June.</p>
