No, it wasn’t pre-loaded, however the prompt is exactly the same.
This issue comes up every year. If you are going to re-use your biographical essay just make sure it is absolutely your best work and you’re submitting it because it says what you want to say in your most compelling voice, not just for the sake of convenience. If the process is the same as previous years the maximum word count for the NCM essay will be about 300 words longer than the same CPS essay so take advantage of that if you can.
