Hi all-

Just wondering what the GPA requirement is to declare a major in the College of Communications at the end of your sophomore year. Are different majors different requirements? Thanks!

It depends on which major within the College of Communications. Advertising/PR is enrollment controlled and requires a 3.3. The others require a 2.0, and specific classes and/or # of credits.

And, yes, there are different requirements for every major. The enrollment controlled majors require a specific GPA; most others require a 2.0.
