College of Education?

Anyone starting in the fall?

I’m finishing up in the College of Education this coming school year. Will be interning in a public school classroom all fall term and graduate spring; am getting a second bachelor’s degree in one of the other USF colleges spring too.

That’s awesome congratulations! I’ll be a junior this fall. How do you like the program?

I really have enjoyed the program and I have met some great people while doing College of Education activities. I’m pretty sure USF’s education college produces more teachers than any other college in Florida.

That’s great news I’m really excited about it

I hear great things about USF’s College of Education. My roommate’s fiance is constantly designing curriculums and doing internships and she says that USF’s program is definitely one of the best. In fact, I think the majority of the teachers in my high school were USF grads, with the others being from FSU and UF.

I really haven’t heard a negative response yet from the people I’ve talked to. That’s really cool that you have a bunch of USF grads at your HS.

Education majors should join SCATT education honors program. It will give you a leg up on others especially if you seek a future teaching job in Tampa Bay area.
