College Orientation Program For Families

As orientation time is almost here for families of latest freshman, please tell us about your experience. Did you like it?

Thought it was a little too much for the parents. We left halfway through so we could get on the road. A truly great program for the student. For them it lasted 4 days right before class started. S got to know tons of kids, make friends, etc. For parents they spent a lot of time talking about separation anxiety and other issues. I was interested in listening to the President and Provost speeches, meet up with S for one more nice lunch and then on the road.
