I'm currently a sophomore girl at a selective admission Science and Technology (STEM) focused high school. I am a mostly A student, with a couple of A-'s here and there and one B+. I am also taking three AP level courses this year (AP Bio, CS, and BC Calculus), and plan to continue with 5-6 additional APs in my junior & senior years. As of now I have an SAT score of 2110, but I hope to get it up to the 2300 range by next year.

Besides from school, I am an officer of a Bioengineering club at my school, have been playing Piano and singing cultural music for 8 years (as well as competing), and participate in USA Biology Olympiad, Future Problem Solvers, am doing a research internship, etc.

I am interested in going into a research career w/ possible Biomedical Engineering, Biotech, or something similar for my undergrad.

Given my background, which US colleges would you recommend to look into/apply? (Tuition and distance from home is not a major factor) I am also at a preference for a larger college atmosphere & enjoy competitive environments.

Thank you very much in advance.
