Honest opinion?

I am currently a junior in high school (public) and I need to start looking at colleges. Because I am seriously interested in pursuing biomedical engineering, the following schools have stood out to me. I would like to know my chances at getting accepted into them. I am well aware of the fact that the application process is usually a toss up, but please just give me your best estimate. To even consider attending any of the following schools that are $35k+ a year, i will need some hefty scholarships, even though my family does not qualify for financial aid. If you could give me an idea of how well I would qualify for merit based scholarships to the schools as well I would appreciate it.

-Georgia Tech (I live in CT, would need almost full ride to convince my parents to go so far from home)
-Lehigh
-Cornell

Side note: I am adopted from South Korea. My family is white, but apparently Asians are discriminated against in the application process?

Please give me your honest opinion and thank you for your time!

These chances assume you score 2100-2200.

GA Tech: Safety
Lehigh: Match
Cornell: High match (ladies are advantaged for BiomedE)
UPenn: Reach
CMU: High match
NEU: Safety at 2050+

I wouldn’t say that asians are discriminated against in the application process, they just don’t get the benefit that other minorities get

Catria, what do you think my chances would be if I scored between 1800-2000?
