<p>Penn has the Management and Technology program (Jerome Fisher M&T). It's highly regarded and highly selective.</p>
<p>Jerome Fisher is a pretty good program.</p>
<p>I would also point out that MIT is another strong place to do CS and business. I used to work with a girl who got her bachelor's and master's in EECS, as well as a bachelor's in management from the MIT Sloan School, all in 4.5 years.</p>
<p>If you are not at the MIT level, Cal, Mich, Wisconsin, Illinois, Texas, Maryland and a few more offer excellent programs in both areas.</p>
