College stats from our country - class of 2014

^ No reason to be haughty.

@ harisheena: I know several people who would turn down Harvard for another school. I myself have a sibling legacy there (I know it’s not the same as a ‘real’ legacy but apparently they do consider it) but will not be applying. It’s really, really important to look for schools that suit you best, because only it is only at those schools that you will be able to perform your best.

Its not that I an unable to understand the difference, but if you read something really fast (more than 400wpm), the natural tendency of the your brain would be to catch only those components which it is familiar with. Since I am not very familiar with ‘not uncommon’ and more familiar with ‘common’, is the reason why we had different experiences using the two ‘controversial words’. But yeah, if you go according to general use of language, it (‘not uncommon’) might be turned as a flaw, but still it is grammatically correct.

I know its personal decision and common to choose putting down Harvard over other great varsities, but still for a guy like me putting down Harvard (if I get into) is highly improbable. Thats just personal. Its like I want Electronics & Comm. Tech. (integrated with effects on brain) and if I go to Harvard I will choose Neuroscience, combined with International Relations and Physics. Oh I know its great difference and wide variety of course selection, but atleast that would be my continuation of brain research and development.

'Oh Lord '

To be specific it would be cognitive Neuroscience nd human brain genomics

Tippu, why are you calling me… (u remember Lord Harisheena, title by pixie) lol :)

^ Wow, that’s actually quite a noble subject field to aspire to enter.

It makes me feel stupid for wanting to go into I-Banking lol. :P
