Hello everyone! :) I'm an international student and rising senior. I study at a private, prestigious and VERY competitive school, so take this into account when you see my statistics. My plan is to study in Europe or the US from next year. I already have some ideas about colleges in Europe but unfortunately my college chancellor wasn't much of a help about the US, so I though here I could use your assistance..
After taking a look at my profile and wanted majors which do you think would be good schools in the US for me? Reaches, saves? Help me please, I'm in a really difficult position.

SAT Scores (taking all of them again in October and November)
Sat Reasoning:2000 (CR 610, Math 670, W 720)
Subject Tests
Math IIC - 760
World History - 680

Grade point average: 3.3 (bad I know but for what it's worth there's a huge improvement in my grades this year)
We don't have AP or IB classes.

Extracurriculars
Animal Protection Club (4 years + president from last year)
Organized various events and meetings connected to Animal Protection
Advanced Math Club (2 years)
Volleyball team (1 year)
Weekly volunteer at the library for 1 year
I was also a part of two summer educational programs in England in 2006 and 2007.
About 200 community service hours.
I participated in 3 math + 1 lit national competitions, got into second round (or passed school level).

Major
Basically, Law or International relations. Sociology and any social science majors are also considered options but not first on my list.

I also want partial, if not full, scholarship because my family cannot afford paying a high tax. I know that's not easy with my grades which obviously aren't the best (I won't try to excuse myself).
Oh, and at least I think I can count on really nice recommendations. Both teachers know me very well and I'm positive that they will write lovely things.

That's all I can think of right now. Ask if you have any other questions.
Thank you for taking the time to read and I would really appreciate your help! :)
