I know I am not that qualified... so I am open for any suggestions...!

GPA- 3.7
SAT - 1st take 1810 (i know terrible...)
i will get my new scores again soon, but im expecting something over 2100...
SAT II - will take this year as my previous scores was just horrible... around mid 500s. I will do better this time!

ECs:
Horseback riding for 3 years of high school and summers of all throughout high school, an award in it
Piano - been playing it since I was 6
Guitar - been playing for 3 years now
member of International Club, French Club for 3 years, Art Club for a year
Co-Founder of German Club
took acting classes and played in theatre plays during last year summer
internship in a business firm this summer or will take a class at Columbia University (but really, its so expensive!) I dont know which one would look better.
state degrees in French and Spanish exams
community service at an elder housing system (1 year, once a week)
volunteering at SPCA and animal shelters all throughout high school (sometimes once a week, sometimes 5 times a week, especially during summers)

Also, I got into a good college this year (in top 30) , but I am taking a gap year so I have a chance to apply again... And during my gap year, starting from September I will be volunteering at a hospital. For the rest of my gap year, after January I am thinking to either travel throughout Europe, or continue working for the business firm I will be doing my internship with this summer, or to do some mission trips.

Ok, I have taken 2 AP Classes during my junior year, but I will not be sending my scores to the colleges. Also, Honors Precalculus during sophomore year. Senior year, I have not taken APs as my school did not offer them. (I had to change schools during senior year)

What are some colleges that would be reach and safeties for me?
Ok, I really want to get into an Ivy school but I am guessing thats far outreach for me...
Oh btw, I am an international student studying in US, and I reside in NY.
Just need some suggestions please?
I know this is far outreach, but I am thinking to apply early for Yale (for the second time, but I did improve my SAT and ECs a lot since last time)...
Please help me with this!

and one last thing... I lost my best friend during 8th grade and I was in depression at some point during my high school especially the beginning, where I have worse grades... but I dont think that matters much anyway, I wouldnt be giving that as an excuse as I am guessing it would look worse anyway...

I do not really have a good financial background, but if I get into an Ivy League or a top notch school I will be receiving a personal scholarship, so I dont know if I could include that or not. I do not want to jeopardize my application by applying to financial aid...
