College Suggestions/Opinions for Incoming HS Jr.

I'm a incoming HS Jr. from Eastern Pennsylvania. I'm currently looking at small, liberal arts schools in Eastern PA and surrounding states. At this point I am a little unsure on what I'd like to do. I'm very much a people person, a leader, creative, liberal and ambitious. Right now I am most interesting in majoring in biology and going into a medical career. Again, I am only a junior and have not completely decided.

I would like to know if the colleges that I'm looking at would be good choices for me, and if I would most likely be accepted. I would also love any ideas of other colleges I should look at. I'd like to stay in PA but I also love the Boston area and upstate NY.

I take all honors courses, and will be taking 3 senior level AP courses (math, English, and biology in the fall. Last year I ranked 4th out of 78 students. I am president of my class and of my student council. I'm also involved in theater, 2 varisty sports, several volunteer organizations, and every academic club at my small school. I got a 1900 on my PSATs but hope to do better on them and my SATs this coming year.

So far I'm looking at:
Haverford
Bryn Mawr
Franklin and Marshall
Muhlenburg
Bucknell
Lehigh

Any suggestions for the list or overall input?

Thank you :)

Gettysburg has a strong biology program.

Have you talked with your parents about how they plan for you to pay for your education? All of these are very fine institutions, but they may not be affordable. If financial aid is necessary for you, be sure to learn about each school’s financial aid policies.

Yes, I have a sister at college with similar tuition and have visited 15+ colleges with them during her college search.

Above I only posted colleges I am definitely visiting, I’m also considering visiting:
Villanova
Gettysburg
Dickinson (already visited once)
Temple
West Chester

Now maybe I’ll take Gettysburg into more consideration. Along with a few of the schools I already listed, I my only turn-off was the party/frat reputation.

Maybe also Skidmore (near Albany) and CT. College. Best of luck!
