College Suggestions Please?

Can anyone suggest some colleges that is reachable for me?
I'm an international student from Taiwan, and...

*Weird things I've done:
I was homeschooled from grade 1-5. I started homeschooling again this April because I wanted to have more control on how and what I learn. I am the only one that did this crazy decision at my school, but I still attend school exams so it's probably like a semi-homeschooling. However without taking quizzes, my GPA are decided simply by my exam scores, thus lower then regular students. I wonder if this is a drawback or hook for me?
