<p>Georgetown seems to meet your needs perfectly. Your gpa and sat are within its range and they have a good science program and are near the top in business. In addition to that, it is moderately sized, not rural, near the center of dc, and has a basketball team which is number 5 in the country last time I checked. </p>

<p>Northeast
Boston College, Syracuse and UConn are the only schools in the northeast that have decent sports programs. BC is probably the best of the bunch for an all around sports environment and it is the best school academically, but Syracuse and UConn have great basektball programs and are both good school in their own right.</p>
<p>Midwest
Really, you could just take a list of the Big 10 schools and circle the ones in areas you are interested in attending. Most of the Big 10 schools are good academically and all have good sports programs. Some are better academically than others (e.g., Northwestern, Michigan).</p>
