<p>I'm not sure what to do about this document.</p>
<p>The school filled it out and gave the school's envelope along with the college transfer report back to send it out, but I think I'm supposed to use a personal envelope and send it out myself? How am I supposed to send out this document, should I use the school's official envelope or my own personal envolope?</p>
