Hey i have a general question. How do I go about looking for and scheduling appointments for college visits in California? Particularly the UC schools like UCSD, UCSB, UCLA, etc.
Thank you!

Go to the school’s web site and get the general phone number. Then call the school. Ask the operator to transfer you to the department or office that books campus tours and make an appointment. It is that simple.

If you want to book it online, if the school allows it, go to the school’s web site and search campus tours, guided tours or just tours. Then follow the directions.

Some departments might have their own tours too.

If you have an idea of what you may want to major in, I highly recommend departmental tours. They helped immensely when I was making my college decision.

Hmmm doesnt sound too complicated thanks OsakaDad!!
DdvidSSabb94: Departmental tours seem pretty interesting thanks for the info!

We just visited UC Irvine last week. There were not any information sessions or departmental tours offered, just a campus tour and two dorm tours. Groups have to book ahead, but individuals do not.
