Not sure what your question is? Are you asking how to apply? For US students there are 2 ways: UCAS (the UK system) and the Common App. Not all Scottish universities accept the Common App, though, and you can’t mix and match: if you apply to any universities through UCAS, you can’t apply via Common App as well.
