Colleges Rescinding Acceptances Questions

So I have a case of Senioritis and I’m failing one of my classes (All A’s and B’s in others so far). Of course I’m going to try to bring that grade up. But it has me wondering…

If my admission was revoked, would my family be refunded for the money placed on the initial deposit? Also, is it possible to have scholarship money revoked based on third trimester grades after you’ve already enrolled? If so, can you withdraw and receiver a refund?

Your college accepted you because your application conveyed to them that you were worthy enough to accept you over other equally qualified applicants.

Now you’re demonstrating otherwise. What would you do if you were in their shoes?

Deposits aren’t always easy to get back.

I strongly doubt you would get your deposit back since your own actions would be the reason for the acceptance being rescinded.

Time to pull it together and do absolutely everything in your power to get a C for the year end grade.

The general rule quoted on CC is to avoid D’s, F’s and felonies.
