I'm an international student and I have been rejected or waitlisted from 4/8 colleges so far. The chances of me getting into the ones I still have left are pretty slim. So I was just wondering if anyone can suggest a few colleges where I can still apply to.

SAT 1 730 CR/730 M/ 680 W
SAT 2 720 M1C/770 Physics/ 780 Chem
My school doesn't have a gpa system, it follows the British O and A level system.
O-Levels 8A's out of 8 subjects
A-Levels 3 A's out of 3 subjects

I am looking to double major in mathematics and economics. I would prefer a state university as they are cheaper and I can only afford to pay around $25,000 at most.

It may be too late to apply for many school for fall admissions, but if you are willing to wait to start classes until spring 2009, you may have better luck.

BTW, it’s not uncommon anymore for colleges to admit new incoming students to begin in the spring term. Some places now do it routinely because they know they will typically experience X number of students who flunk out or just do not return for the spring term.

@steelerfan513 the list you provided was somewhat helpful but many of the colleges prefer you apply by march 15th or april 1st which is a bit late for me
