Colleges still haven't received my ACT scores...?

I sent the scores to my EA schools online almost three weeks ago and they still haven't received them...how long does this usually take? I did it online, it doesn't seem like it should take this long...

Which ACT test date(s) results did you send to your EA schools?

Check your transaction history on the ACT site. If it shows up in there, it went through and your colleges have your scores. Normally I’d say don’t worry about it not showing up on your app status right away, but three weeks is a long time. Maybe you should call them and ask.

I took the test last April.

I’ll call the schools and check.

Just give these factors a thought:

ACT releases scores on a “batch basis” - they send scores by “batches” to colleges and whatnot at the following times: the middle of the month and the end of the month.

Colleges have the option of receiving ACT scores 1) electronically or 2) snail mail. If its electronically, you’re in luck; when the time comes for colleges to receive their scores, they receive it immediately. If its snail mail…well give it some time. I do know for a fact that the CSU (California State University) system receives the ACT scores sent to them by applicants electronically.
