And I'm sorry to start a new thread about it, but I think it's important that the list is accessible to everyone, especially as the new college application season unfolds. <p>Johns Hopkins recommends 3 subject tests and the SAT or the ACT w/writing in lieu of both.</p>

<p>some of those schools become Subject Test optional if ACT is submitted. Duke and Brown are two of them, for example. </p>
