I’m looking for colleges that give vocal/choral scholarships for non-music majors. I know there are some out there but they’re hard to find! It’s okay if they only apply to music minors.
St. Olaf and Whitman, I believe.
My daughter got a $750 a year performance scholarship, and free instrument lessons from Santa Clara University…as long as she continued to play in their orchestra (which she did all four years).
UW-Madison but you have to audition for it in June after your junior year of high school during Summer Music Clinic and you must be a Wisconsin resident.

Lycoming college for majors and non majors
UAB offers some small ones that you have to audition for: http://www.uab.edu/students/paying-for-uab/scholarships/item/382-music-scholarships
Beloit College, $5K/yr on top of generous merit aid: https://www.beloit.edu/prospective/afford/merit/music/
I think Purdue offered $1000 if my D joined the Orchestra while she was admitted to engineering.
Drexel offers music scholarships for ensembles
All need to audition for:
Kenyon offers a nice $15k scholarship that many do not know about, University of Puget Sound, Lawrence and like a previous poster, St. Olaf and Whitman- all for both majors and non majors.
Carefully read the scholarship audition information. For many, they audition’s are due even before regular decision application materials.
Skidmore and Davidson both have a large scholarship…by audition…for non-majors.
Coe College in Iowa used to have a music scholarship for non-majors, but I think they had to minor in the subject, not just commit to performing.
The real question though is why you “need” this scholarship. Most talent scholarships for non-majors are just a drop in the bucket. If money is tight, your best option probably is to simply look for colleges and universities that are less expensive to begin with.
