Zain, there are 3000 or so colleges on the United States. Are you suggesting that someone here do research for you on all of them?
Here is what you can do…use Google. As an example…in the search box, type “University of Virginia international student financial aid”. You will get hits for the info you want about that school.
Or…you can go to the college website directly and use the college search field. Type in “international student financial aid”. Again…you will get the info you need, as well as how to apply.

There are several college-matching search engines that you can use to look for places that offer your major and that also offer scholarships for international students. Start with that. Some places only offer one scholarship a year, others offer more.
Do your own work and btw - US colleges don’t “owe” international students anything.
