I was wondering if anyone knew of any other schools that offer the same (or close to the same) tuition to both in-state and oos students for the summer term.

So far I've found Oregon, Oregon State, Washington State, and Arizona.

I thought this thread could be beneficial for people wanting to go OOS in finding ways to make it a little bit cheaper.

Anyone know of any others?

UO and WSU aren't exactly the same, but I thought they were close enough (especially WSU, $10 difference per hour)

As the price of instate tuition varies widely, one might be better off paying OOS rates at another school. In addition, some schools are on the quarter system, which means a typical class costs 5per-credit rate rather than 3per-credit rate at schools on the semester system.

Clovis Community College in NM has a special deal where OOS students can take 2 classes (6 credits) year-round for around $500, fees included. Many online classes are available.

The University of Nevada-Reno (UNLV charges OOS rates) charges in-state rates to all students and its instate rates are low to begin with (~$165 per undergraduate credit and ~$252 per graduate credit, fees included). Plus, Reno is a very unique city to spend time in and has lots of summer festivals.

Schools offering in-state tuition or close to it during the summer seem to be most often located in the western part of the US.

yeah I noticed they were mostly on the west coast as well, thanks for the Nevada heads-up!
